Personal:

I am married with 2 children. I am an elementary school teacher, but I stay home with my kids right now. I have always been an "on and off" runner. The last major running I did was in 2006 when I trained for the Salt Lake City 1/2 marathon. I was heavy when I ran it and even though I trained, it really did me in. I have since lost 30 lbs. and feel so much better, so I am wanting to try a whole Marathon in the near future.

I have a horrible head cold and I can hardly breathe. I'm not attempting running today. I'll be happy if I can get a walk in. Boo Hoo

Thank you! I have been taking vitamin C for the past few days (more than usual) because I could feel this coming on. I am even trying Zicam this time...I have balked at my husband everytime he uses it...he swears by it. Hopefully it will at the very least, help me get over this quick!

Sorry to hear you are sick. I find using Vitamin C, Zinc and echinacea help me get better sooner.
